The theoretical and practical framework of the Network Ergatic Organism (NEO) and AI+ concepts managed by NGO "SYNERGY" was pioneered and published by our research team in 2008-2011 (Herald of Zhytomyr State Technological University, Issue 2/57).
FPS/BI 2.0 Knowledge Model: A three-component knowledge representation scheme that integrates Frames (ROLAP star schema), Production Rules (via daemon and servant procedures for multi-criteria reasoning), and Semantic Networks (connecting end users to explicit databases). Each of these elements also supports automation of execution management.
The SixW's/BI 2.0 Metaknowledge Framework: An extended extension of classical knowledge management models, which includes elements: SixW's/BI2.0 = SixW's(WHO,WHAT,WHEN,WHERE,WHY,HOW) +New(FORECAST,AS _MUCH,X), it provides seamless interaction with Decision Support System/Business Intelligence (DSS BI), Expert System/BI; Geospatial Information Systems (GIS/BI 2.0), etc.
Strategic Autonomy ("Island" Systems): The architecture defines a network-centric yet resilient model, allowing localized autonomous nodes ("islands") to conduct non-trivial data mining (OLAP, Text & Image Mining) and automated control with minimal human intervention, reserving creative and high-level strategic functions exclusively for the human decision-maker.
Within the ES/BI 2.0 and NEO frameworks, effective human-machine interaction is achieved by partitioning user capabilities into four distinct operational levels, optimizing the training and deployment of analytical personnel:
Report Reader: End-users who interact with localized data visualization tools, Dashboards, and Scorecards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) without configuration privileges.
Information Browser: Trained analysts capable of conducting heuristic data analysis using client-side OLAP tools (interactive pivot tables and charts) and building basic decision-making workflows via 4GL environments.
Advanced User: Power-analysts executing complex queries with client-side Data Mining tools and managing temporal database extensions within decentralized knowledge management systems (KMS).
Power User: Multi-disciplinary experts utilizing server-side OLAP/Data Mining architectures, configuring strategic Scorecards, and managing automated rule harmonization under strict information security (CISO) protocols.
